The agriturismo
Just a stone's throw from Montegiorgio, the "I sassi di San Giuseppe" farmhouse is a charming farmhouse nestled in the typical landscape of the Marche region. Consisting of a complex of architecturally and historically valuable buildings, renovated with great care according to the traditional local Marche style, the facility offers its guests independent mini-apartments equipped with all comforts, equipped kitchen, heating and air conditioning.
With high-quality hospitality, we pay special attention to sustainable agriculture, attentive to respect for the environment and nature.
The accommodation
The facility provides three apartments. Each accommodation features a dominant color and a view of the garden and surrounding mountains. The apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and espresso machine. All rooms have independent heating and air conditioning.
Appartamento Rosso: With 50 m2 it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 double rooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with an enchanting view of the magical Sibillini Mountains.
Appartamento Blu: With 32 m2, it can accommodate 3 people. It consists of 1 large room with a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Located on the ground floor, it has all rooms equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. Easily accessible, it is suitable for persons with disabilities and has a bathroom equipped for this purpose.
Appartamento Verde: apartment located on the ground floor. With 26 m2 it has a room with a double bed where it can accommodate 2 people and a possible child in a crib to be added. There is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
All accommodations also offer free Internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite TV and information brochures on cultural, food and wine and hiking activities in the region.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse has 7000 square meters of garden protected by a fence, with children's games, barbecue, a heated swimming pool and the solarium with a view of the magical Sibillini Mountains.
On site you can taste and buy organic products such as wines aged in oak barrels for at least eighteen months, cooked wine typical of the Piceno region of very ancient origins and extra virgin olive oil.
In addition, from here you can easily reach the Frasassi Caves, the Monti Sibillini natural park, the village of Montegiorgio and, for those who love the sea, the beaches of Porto San Giorgio.
