The agriturismo
The farmhouse is family-run; after 10 years of living in London, the owners decided to return to Italy to devote themselves to this adventure: Samuele devotes himself to agricultural activities and his wife Viola prepares cakes and breakfasts with her sister-in-law.
Immersed in the relaxing countryside of the Fermo hills, surrounded by 24 hectares of land cultivated with cereals and olive groves, the farmhouse offers accommodation and glamping a few kilometers from the sea and major tourist centers, just over an hour from the imposing Sibillini Mountains, a popular destination for walkers and hikers.
The company has agreements with restaurants and pizzerias located within a few kilometers.
The accommodation
In addition to a friendly hospitality, the farmhouse offers 3 independent apartments, one bedroom and two new luxury safari tents ideal for glamping and a swimming pool. The apartments have independent entrances, are comfortable, cozy and tastefully furnished; they consist of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. One of them is also usable by differently abled people. The spacious room with private bathroom has an independent entrance.
The tents are spacious, they have a double bedroom, a single bed and a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen with living room, a large veranda with outdoor furniture and possibility to make barbecue, overlooking the hills of Fermo.
All accommodations are air-conditioned, have mini-bar and are equipped with kitchen utensils and household linen. At everyone's disposal also alaundry room and various seasonal vegetables. The swimming pool, 60 sqm with solarium and a spacious lawn in front, has a private bathroom, sun beds, tables and chairs with umbrellas.
Breakfast is the time of day to enjoy homemade cakes, juices, yoghurt, cereals, jams and much more.
Activities and surrounding
In collaboration with local establishments, the agriturismo offers a series of annual events (April - November), in which guests can participate subject to booking. Nearby you can enjoy oil and wine tasting, vineyard dinners, guided excursions through the Sibillini Mountains, and sailing boat trips with aperitifs... The agriturismo is close to hamlets and cities of art, just a few km from the sea and the historic centre of Fermo.
