A few kilometers from the center of Macerata, just 5 minutes from the Sferisterio, stands Casa Vecchia, the new farmhouse recently renovated from the foundations of the old house that has always belonged to the family of the owner Stefania.

The farmhouse has a large indoor dining area with wooden tables and chairs.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (2 double rooms and one quadruple) for a maximum of 12 places, which are reached by the external stairs of the farmhouse, passing through the living room in common with all the guests. The rooms, recently renovated, are spacious and comfortable, all with private bathroom.

An external porch allows guests to rest in peace during their stay in the open air. We could not miss the table soccer and a ping-pong table, to spend pleasant moments in the company of family and friends.

The farmhouse Casa Vecchia offers a service of wellness and relaxation in a small environment with attention to detail. A lovely spa located in the courtyard of the structure, surrounded by greenery, is reserved for guests. The spa offers a sauna, emotional shower with chromotherapy, a Turkish bath, a relaxation area, teas and flavored herbal teas relaxing and rejuvenating. Do not miss thewhirlpool bath with chromotherapy.


During the summer season, an outdoor solarium with tables and deck chairs is available.

 

The raw materials used by the farm are strictly of own production: vegetables and fruit from the garden, eggs and meat from the farm, and oil produced from the olive harvest.

Every morning guests are assured of an abundant breakfast: cakes and tarts are filled with homemade jams.
