The agriturismo
Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and the green Marche countryside, a hillside farmhouse 4 km from the sea welcomes its guests offering the opportunity to relax taking nature walks. A library and barbecue, as well as sun loungers, are available for guests.
The owners are available to welcome guests, upon request, at the Civitanova Marche train station or the exit of the A14 motorway.
The accommodation
Recently renovated in keeping with local tradition, this exposed brick farmhouse set on a hill with a panoramic view offers 3 apartments equipped with TV, bathroom, kitchen and covered loggia where guests can relax in the summer months.
Guests can use the barbecue to make dinners outdoors and borrow books from the agriturismo library.
The farm is mainly planted with olive groves and vineyards and is surrounded by a large park of conifers, accessible for walking, jogging and bird watching.
