The agriturismo
Between our organically cultivated land (certified by Soil and Health) and woods, the farmhouse is a window to the evocative landscapes of Montefeltro and an ideal place to relax, as a couple, with family or with friends.
With comfortable apartments, the gentle awakening with a genuine breakfast, good catering by reservation and a panoramic swimming pool (late May to mid-September), guests can enjoy a carefree vacation overlooking the hills of the Marche region.
To be as sustainable as possible, the property has been renovated by recovering available materials and inserting a solar thermal system, a photovoltaic system and a geothermal system to heat water, sustain electrical consumption and for air conditioning. Rainwater is recovered.
The accommodation
The 4 apartments are equipped with kitchenettes (with 2 induction hobs, a small refrigerator, pots and dishes), underfloor heating and cooling, and mosquito nets on doors and windows.
Internet connection is available throughout the facility; in addition, green areas and a swimming pool are available to all overnight guests.
Il Camino (which is not there) consists of a twin (or double) bedroom, bathroom with shower, a living room with 2 beds. Possibility of additional crib.
Il Rosone offers 2 twin (or double) rooms, bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed.
Pì Cagna with its own entrance and also arranged for diversities, consists of a twin (or double), bathroom with shower, a living room that can accommodate 2 additional beds.
Il bosco occupies a separate body and consists of a twin (or double), bathroom with shower, living room (with possible 2 extra beds).
In 2 small rooms in the heart of the building or in the small square outside you can enjoy daily menus prepared with products from the organic farm (saffron, fruits and vegetables, grains and legumes) and other local producers.
The structure and its apartments are cooled in summer and heated in winter through a geothermal system.
Activities and surrounding
The land, organically cultivated (certified by Suolo e Salute) with saffron, small fruits, olive trees, vegetable garden, cereals and legumes, is surrounded by beautiful woods that offer picturesque views of the Montefeltro landscapes and lend themselves to healthy walks.
About a 40-minute drive away are the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park, the Onferno Caves and the Furlo Nature Reserve; about 20-30 minutes away are Urbino, Urbania and other characteristic towns; less than an hour away are the fortresses of Gradara, San Marino and San Leo, as well as the Romagna(Cattolica, Rimini, Riccione) and Marche(Pesaro and Gabicce) Rivieras.
