The farm is located in the typical Umbro-Marchigiana countryside, surrounded by the green woods and meadows. This Farm Holiday Residence is an integral part of the Catani Sonia Farm which directly manages a biological farming industry of approximately 60 hectares of woods, meadows, pastures and land planted with fodder and grain for feeding the livestock raised on the farm.

The country house is situated in a reserved, quiet panoramic area; there are 7 independent apartments complete with kitchen and independent bathrooms for a total of 28 people; there is also an apartment equipped for the handicapped.

Outside there is a large garden with barbecue, gazebo and an inviting swimming pool for spending peaceful days in the open countryside. The guests can also take walks along paths and mule tracks, as well as gather mushrooms and truffles in the surrounding area.

Lilla: 18 square meters, 1 bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. Sleeps 2+1.
Rosa: 18 square meters, 1 bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. Sleeps 2+1.
