In Fiorenzuola di Focara, the agriturismo stands at 186 m above sea level, between Romagna and the Marche inside the Monte San Bartolo Nature Park, a 20 km system of hills overlooking the Adriatic.The garden overlooks the valley and the hill on which Gradara Castle stands.
The farm spans 3 hectares, cultivated with medicinal herbs, olives and fruit trees.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers guest accommodation in 7 rooms, all with bathrooms, TVs, hairdryers, bed linen and towels. Some rooms also have spacious terraces and others look directly on to the large garden with scenic swimming pool.
The generous sweet and savoury breakfasts, prepared using zero mile ingredients, are served in the cosy lounge with open fireplace.
Activities and surrounding
The San Bartolo landscape alternates spurs and valleys that slope down to the sea, interspersed here and there with sheer cliffs and beautiful beaches: Casteldimezzo (2 km from the farm), small and wild; Baia Vallugola, a natural cove with a private beach resort and restaurants (4.5 km from the agriturismo); the beach at Fiorenzuola di Focara, sandy and free-access (but with a lifeguard), suitable for children and perfect for those looking to spend the whole day by the sea with a picnic. Fiorenzuola di Focara is just 3 km from the agriturismo, accessible on foot or by parking in the town and using the shuttle service in summer.
Sports loving guests can hire bicycles for excursions along the pathways of the nature park, or take a trip to the golf course, sailing and paragliding school or riding centre, all just a few km away.

The location of the farm is strategic because in 5 minutes you are both in Fiorenzuola and Castel di Mezzo. Located in the middle of the green Monte San Bartolo so we slept well without air conditioning. We will definitely come back.
