Hidden in the hills of an green oasis at the foot of the Apennines, this small villa has been recently renovated with care by its owners. Although it is only a short distance from the town, the house is in a secluded area. The entire area is known for its mild climate and pure, fresh air, even in the hottest months of the year like July and August, which make the small village of Piobbico one of the most enjoyable vacation spots in the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennine area.

The complex is composed by two establishments and it offers about 20 places.
The first establishment, disposed on three floors, is composed by two apartments Rossini and Verdi. The second establishment is composed by two apartments Puccini and Mozart.
In each apartment there are satellite tv and the style is the same of many years ago, when it was an old country house, with poor furniture, beams and country floors.
Moreover the complex is formed by a swimming pool, a garden with barbecue, gazebo, toys for children, tennis court and football field, parking. The guest also has at one's disposal some mountain bikes.
Finally this farmhouse is situated near another country house restaurant and offering on request very special meals (half board, breakfast and dinner).
