The agriturismo
The property is located in the heart ofAlto Monferrato, among the serene and verdant hills of Calamandrana. It is an elegantly renovated old farmhouse as well as the headquarters of thewinery.

The accommodation
The facility features a self-contained apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a terrace overlooking the valley.
In addition, the facility has four other double rooms, one of which can also become a triple room. An electric kettle, mini bar and hair dryer are provided inside the rooms.
Wi-Fi is free in common areas and in the rooms. and included in the price is a rich breakfast based on local products.
There is a breakfast room, which can also be used as a work room, and a wine tasting room.
There is a garden and vineyards in which you can take a walk.

Activities and surrounding
Possibility to take a guided tour of the estate and respective winery to discover the territory of Monferrato, a Unesco heritage site.
The experience is divided into four major moments: brief presentation of the estate, walk through the vineyard, tour of the winery and tasting.
Being based here, it is possible to organize wine and food tours, e-bike tours and horseback riding tours in the vineyards.
The property is 16 km from Acqui Terme, 25 km from Asti, 32 km from Alessandria and 30 km from Alba.
