The agriturismo
Agriturismo San Bovo stands in a beautiful setting in the Belbo Valley inCossano Belbo, a town surrounded by hills on which ancient chapels stand.
On one of these hills cloaked in vineyards, in a beautiful farmhouse, recently renovated, is the San Bovo agritourism, the ideal place to celebrate true traditional Piedmontese cuisine.
In a hilly landscape of serene beauty, the facility offers atmospheres on a human scale and five rooms with every comfort.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has five comfortable double rooms, with bathroom, television, refrigerator, furnished in a rustic but elegant way.
When they wake up, guests can start their day with a rich and typical breakfast: typical cold cuts, jams, hot scones, cakes and cheeses from the Langhe will give the necessary charge to spend the day in search of the cultural, natural and sporting attractions of these lands.

Upon request, it is possible to reserve reserved lounges for any occasion, recently renovated and elegantly furnished in 19th-century style.
The hotel's restaurant offers typical Langhe dishes, genuine and tasty, that will win every palate and every gastronomic expectation. The cuisine, masterfully orchestrated by Aldo, owner and chef of Agriturismo San Bovo, follows the rhythms of nature and varies according to the seasons, from the fresh spring freshness, to the sun-warmed flavors of summer, to the scents of mushrooms and truffles of autumn. Among the many dishes offered, don't miss the ravioli al plin, tajarin. Special menus for vegetarians, vegans can be arranged upon request.
Agriturismo San Bovo is located in the typical land of wines, where the vineyards symbolize the culture, economy and passion of the Langhe and those who live here. The facility has a wine cellar, which offers a wide selection of wines from the best wineries in the area, as well as its own production Dolcetto d'Alba and Moscato D'Asti.

Marino Mill: for those who want to discover the stages of flour processing as in the past, guided tours are organized to the Marino family Stone Mill, producers of all kinds of quality flours, to discover the taste and authenticity forgotten by today's industrial production.
Cesare Pavese Study Center: for those who love culture, itineraries dedicated to the life and works of this great writer and great man are organized with the people in charge of the Study Center, retracing together the itineraries of his works, from his native home to the hills he so loved and described.
Wine moments: guided tours and tastings in the most important wineries of our valley, to discover the aromas and flavors of the typical wines of the Langhe.
Museums: guided tours of the Wine Museum and the Peasant Museum
