The agriturismo

An ancient Church property dating back to the 13th century, the complex is nestled in the beautiful setting of the Langhe, surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut groves and woods.

The San Martino farmhouse is now a charming location, the result of passionate renovation work, where past and present combine to offer guests the chance to enjoy the typical flavors, scents and hospitality of tradition in an environment equipped with all the comforts that modern technology can offer.

Here it is also possible to enjoy genuine home cooking: among the many specialties, ravioli al plin, braised and stewed meat, tajarin with fresh eggs, knife-beaten raw meat and, of course, bonet.

The farmhouse is ideal for adults: we accept guests ages 14 and up.

The accommodation

The 7 twin rooms plus one room equipped for disabled guests comprise private bathrooms with showers and period or traditional style furniture.  In more detail:Angeli is a room with prized architectural features and the best view; Primavera boasts a magnificent period floral fresco on its vaulted ceiling; Barbabuc is suitable for disabled guests; Nôs, Ninsola and Nespo offer twin beds that can be joined or separated as needed.

 

Guests also have access to a gym, a room for relaxation treatments and a 3-lounge restaurant which seats up to 90 people.

Activities and surrounding

The Langhe is an area rich in fortifications and churches; in the vicinity of the agritourism you can visit: Barolo with its castles and the headquarters of the Enoteca Regionale; the 14th-century Albaretto Tower; the 12th-century Barbaresco Tower; the imposing Canale building; the Corneliano Tower with a unique 10-sided plan; and the Serralunga Castle built by Pietrino Falletti between 1340 and 1350.

Amazing
We stayed for three days at this beautifully situated agriturismo. Antonella is a very attentive and friendly hostess. Although we were the only guests on 2 evenings, the restaurant was still opened for us. The food and wine were very delicious. Read more

I see you wasted no time in reviewing.
She has only been out of my facility an hour and she has already thrown up her frustration ...
I apologize for the room, unfortunately the room staff forgot to turn on the heating, but we recovered immediately and in 30 minutes the room was very hot.
No one was rude to her, in fact we tolerated her raising her voice and behaving like an unstable child.
Before making rash judgments about my structure, you should know that we are one of the most important structures in the Langhe, where those who work in the kitchen have worked in restaurants with a Michelin star ... where those who have served them in the dining room have worked in restaurants with a michelin star ... where she ate dishes made especially for us by a local artisan .... where she drank wines in crystal glasses, produced by my cellar and the vineyards adjacent to the structure, of my property .
You must know that this is not low season, but high season ... In the Langhe the months of October and November are very important for the white truffle and for the wine ...
Nobody treated her as a second level guest ...
