The agriturismo

Former country residence of Mons. Falcone, stands at the foot of a hill above Arona and is a 'single property of 10 hectares, divided between pastures and chestnut forests. This place of tranquility and silence has been restored using the latest technology and a project approved by the Cultural Heritage that have transformed it into a farm and farm, Bed & Breakfast style. This consists of the main house, the stables and a small church, now used as a relaxation room for guests.

The accommodation

Cascina Incocco is the historic country residence of Monsignor Falcone, located at the foot of a hill overlooking Arona. The estate covers 10 hectares and includes pastures and chestnut woods. This oasis of tranquillity has been recently renovated to exacting modern standards. With the approval of the Italian Heritage Society, Incocco was converted into both a working and holiday farm with bed and breakfast facilities. The B&B style accommodation consists of the manor house, stable and a chapel which has been converted into a guest lounge. The expertly restored rooms retain many original features and are equipped with completely modern amenities. All provide stunning views of the landscape. For the ultimate sleeping experience, the rooms have been furnished with the world?s finest beds hand-crafted by Hastens® of Sweden using all natural fibers. Hastens® is the official purveyor to the Swedish Royal Family and supplies the most exclusive global hotels. Cascina Incocco is surrounded by many well signposted footpaths which make this an ideal base for excursions on foot, mountain bike or horseback. A federation certified equestrian instructor is available for lessons with guests by appointment.

Activities and surrounding

The beautiful deconsecrated church Madonna della Grazie and its external stone terrace are dedicated for guests to eat, relax, listen to music or use its small kitchen to enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine or a snack. A delicious breakfast buffet with fresh homemade and baked agricultural products, served in the Church, is included in the room rate. The courtyard is a quiet grassy garden with chairs for relaxing outdoors, simply perfect for reading and dozing. Surrounding there are ten hectares of beautiful structure, with marked trails leading through the forest and fields of wild flowers. Numerous mapped trails make it the ideal place for hiking, biking or equestrian activities. Lake Maggiore and the city of Arona with its elegant center and the multitude of tourist attractions are 5 minutes away, the airport of Malpensa is 30 minutes and Milan 45 minutes away.
