The agriturismo
Situated on Mount Rocciamelone, at an altitude of 1900 m, around 16 km from the small town of Susa, the farm offers a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and animals. Lovers of trekking and Alpine life will find this an ideal place for excursions.
The farm has 3 rooms and offers traditional food with theme evenings.
The accommodation
The farm restaurant offers lunches, dinners and the “merenda sinoira” (a kind of high tea) with delicious hot and cold starters of traditional local cuisine; pasta, risotto and soups from grandmother’s recipe book; grilled and roast meat and casseroles from veal reared on the farm; polenta, Alpine toma cheese, butter and fresh milk, and to finish home-made desserts, all washed down with the farm’s own wine.
The dining room can accommodate around 40 people, and in summer guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch outdoors. Cakes can be made to order for birthdays and other special occasions.
For accommodation, the farm offers three “dens” (rooms), one of which has a balcony, for a total of eight beds, with a shared bathroom.
