Tourist tax
A tourist tax of €3 per person per day is payable, up to a maximum of €18
CheckIN - CheckOUT
CheckIN is scheduled for from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
CheckOUT is scheduled no later than 10.30 am.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the entire stay is required for confirmation of the reservation to be paid no later than 3 working days after the request. The conditions of cancellation are as follows:
- If the payment is not made within the stipulated 3 days, the reservation is considered cancelled.
- The balance of the fee will be required from you on the date of your departure.
- Payments can also be made by debit and credit card.
- In case of cancellation within 31 days of the beginning of your stay, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit paid.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days from the beginning of Vs stay, the full amount of the deposit will be retained .
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the beginning of your stay, you will be required to pay the entire amount agreed upon,
Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
Breakfast is served buffet style in the Bar Room from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch is served in the Restaurant Room from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner is served in the Restaurant Room from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Room Cleaning and Linen Change
Room Cleaning is daily;
Towels and Linen Change is scheduled every 3/4 days;
If necessary, extra linen supplies may be requested for a fee.
Parking
Parking is included on the premises and is open from 8:00 am to 00:00 am. If you need to leave or enter outside of these hours please notify Management.
Animals
Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and during meals.
Half board or full board
Add to the above rates an additional charge (per person) based on the type of menu you want:
€30 Vegetarian/Vegan
€30 Meat
All menu types include: Mixed Appetizer, First Course, Second Course with Side, Dessert, Fruit, Water, Wine and Coffee. All First Courses are prepared using fresh homemade pasta and the vegetables come from our garden.
Children pay €16 and their menu consists of 1 first and 1 second course and dessert.
For Full Board treatment, the rate is doubled.
Camper
Low Season Sep-Jun: €25 per couple per day
High Season Jul-Aug: €35 per couple per day
Children:
