The agriturismo

Landhaus has been an organic farm since 2005.

The property located not far from Merano and Bolzano, the Alpe di Siusi, surrounded by gardens with a Mediterranean character and lush vineyards, offers a peaceful stay in independent, high quality equipped apartments.

Guests will be given the Winepass PLUS card for an all-inclusive vacation along the South Tyrolean Wine Route. The card allows unlimited use of all public transportation in 'Alto Adige, visits to museums throughout the region, thanks to the included mueumobil Card, and in addition you can experience countless attractions along the South Tyrolean Wine Route.

The accommodation

The farmhouse is divided into 3 apartments, each of which takes the botanical name of one of the vine varieties grown all around: Pink Lady, Sauvignon, Chardonnay. Each apartment has an independent entrance, its own piece of garden or terrace with umbrellas and deck chairs.

The property also has a communal living room (wooden stube) and a playroom for children.


All units have satellite TV, free Internet access, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, extra pull-out beds, crib, high chair.

The showers and bathrooms are spacious and meticulously equipped (hair dryer, bathrobe and more).

Cars can be parked in the house's underground garage.

Finally, it is also possible to taste and buy home-grown organic products, such as grapes and grape juice, wines, apples and apple juice, various organic vegetables and jams.

Activities and surrounding

Guests of this facility have the opportunity to regenerate themselves by enjoying the tranquility of the place or actively give themselves to sports.
In fact, there is the possibility
of renting bicycles and taking long walks along the Salorno - Resia bicycle network, or even fun challenges among friends with the p

. Children can romp in the playground and discover the small farm animals (dwarf rabbits, cats, and chickens).

In addition, within a five-minute walk of the facility are, the public swimming pool, four well-kept clay tennis courts, a wellness center with fitness rooms, a suspended rope park, and splendid golfclubs: in Lana (approx. 10 km), Passirio (ca. 20 km) and Monte S. Pietro (ca. 25 km).

Finally, you can also take walks and hikes on the Tschöggelberg (European trail), in the Merano area or in Oltradige, and guided tours of interesting museums, such as the Archaeological Museum (Similaun mummy, Ötzi), the Museum of Modern Art, the gardens of Trauttmansdorff (in 2005 awarded as the most beautiful gardens in Italy) and the Museum of Tourism in Merano.

Guests then, can in spring participate in the asparagus harvest, which is very renowned in this area of South Tyrol. In fact, the hotel organizes guided walks in the asparagus and apple fields, the wine cellar, and tastings of typical local wines.

Toward the end ofsummer, on the other hand, you can appreciate musical events such as the Busoni piano competition, concerts by theEuropean Youth Orchestra, and the Merano Music Weeks. These world-class events are popular with particularly discerning music lovers.

While in winter a number of winter sports resorts can be easily reached: Obereggen, Val d'Ultimo, Merano 2000, and Alpe di Siusi reachable by car in about half an hour.

leggiamo con dispiacere e disappunto le vostre parole: nei tre giorni in cui siete stati nostri ospiti ci siamo incontrati diverse volte e non avete accennato ai problemi e alle mancanze che invece segnalate qui.

Dopo aver letto queste righe, comunque, abbiamo controllato il cucinino dell’appartamento che avete occupato e ci risulta tutto funzionante.

Per questo il rammarico è tanto: probabilmente si trattava solo si un’incomprensione sull’utilizzo, che avremmo risolto velocemente.

Per quanto riguarda forno a microonde e accappatoio, vengono forniti su richiesta: anche in questo caso, sarebbe bastato chiedere e vi avremmo fornito tutto ciò di cui avevate bisogno!

Tutto eccetto l’aria condizionata, che non c’è e non viene promessa: la zona di norma gode di un ottimo clima, che non richiede un condizionamento artificiale.

Il LANDHAUS si trova infatti al centro di Terlano, in una zona tranquillissima.
Vicini di casa ce n’è, certo, ma ogni appartamento ha la sua terrazza e un piccolo giardino orlato di viti a garantire la privacy.

Cosa dire? Che peccato!

Faremo tesoro di questa esperienza e cercheremo di comprendere meglio gli stati d’animo dei nostri clienti.
Mi permetto però di suggerire anche a lei, per le prossime vacanze, di fare presente da subito se qualcosa non va: spesso si tratta di piccolezze risolvibili in poco, in grado però di ribaltare la percezione della vacanza!
