The agriturismo

Our fruit and wine farm is an oasis of peace in a scenic location directly on the hiking trail network.

We are three generations: grandparents Helene and Paul, our children Felix, Anna and Greta, and us, Marlene and Roland.

Besides Sanni, our adorable dog, we have many other animals.

We offer breakfast or a sandwich service. Mobilcarte is included-you travel free on public transportation in South Tyrol.

We offer different equipment for your little guests for inside, but also for the outdoors.

The accommodation

Our fruit and wine farm is situated in a quiet location at the foot of the Mendel mountains.

Adjacent is one of our vineyards and a forest with access to numerous hiking trails.

From here you have a wonderful view of the wine village of Kaltern and the Dolomites.

Our four vacation apartments are ideal for couples or small children. A pull-out double sofa bed in the kitchen-living room is also ideal for older children.

For your little guests we provide some equipment such as changing table, bed protection, travel crib, high chair, children's dishes, small set of toys for playing in the apartment, various games in the common room.

Two apartments are located on the mezzanine floor and can be connected via the terrace if necessary.

The other two apartments on the 1st floor are accessible directly from the guest lawn.
From their balconies there is a wonderful view of our area.

All apartments are equipped with all amenities such as electric stove, kettle, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, mocha, toaster, all cooking and eating accessories, TV, W-Lan, hair dryer, bed and bath linens, etc.

We have excellent drinking water. You can fill your reusable water bottle free of charge and you will not only be doing good for yourself!

On our sunny terrace we serve you a delicious country breakfast on request.
You can also take advantage of our sandwich service and have fresh sandwiches delivered to your home from the local bakery to start your day.
You can make yourself comfortable in our common room, sip a cool drink or browse through our mobile library and immerse yourself in your favorite book.

Activities and surrounding

On our lawn you can relax, listen to nature, watch our farm animals and let the sun shine on your belly.

You can spend quality time with your children on our playground or have fun together with various outdoor games or in the guest lounge.

It is especially pleasant to choose hikes right from the house, here on the edge of the forest. More than 120 kilometers of well-marked hiking trails run through different climate zones. The landscape varies from Mediterranean to Alpine, from Lake Kaltern to the Roen peak, more than 1,800 meters above sea level.

The lake excursion bus, public bus, city bus, and Mendel cable car are within a 7-minute walk and can be used free of charge for an unlimited period with your Mobilcard. So you can easily reach Lake Kaltern, the center of Kaltern with its old town, but also the provincial capital Bolzano and much more!

Kaltern and its surroundings are perfectly equipped for cyclists, whether you want to take it easy or have a sporty and ambitious ride.
