At the Höllerhofthe guest is in the middle of a paradise made of apple orchards where you can enjoy extraordinary experiences near Bressanone in the Isarco Valley .
On the farm the old and the new merge into one. You can choose between four different apartments, which have been given the Latin name of the four seasons: ver, aestis, autumnus and hiems. The philosophy of the farm is marked by the rhythm of the seasons of the year. The Sullmann family, which they managewith dedication , donates body and soul to the well-being of their guests.
The accommodation
Ver (spring), aestas (summer), autumnus (autumn) and hiems (winter): these are the names chosen for the apartments in Bressanone . As every season is characterized by its special charm, the apartments are furnished with an individual style.
Apartment VER(2 - 6 persons | 57 sqm)
Ver in Latin means spring and in this comfortable ground-floor apartment the guest feels as if he is blossoming again. From the large south-west facing balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the enchanting landscape and the majestic peaks. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms with shower, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer and WC, a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, table, sofa, satellite TV, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Underfloor heating, a safe and free WiFi will provide you with additional comfort.
Apartment AESTAS (2 - 5 persons | 37 sqm)
Aestas, summer in Italian, is the name of the ground floor apartment with private garden. It has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, table, sofa, satellite TV, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Underfloor heating, a safe and free WiFi guarantee additional comfort.
Apartment AUTUMNUS(2 - 6persons | 59 sqm)
Likeautumn, the Eisack Valley presents itself in all its splendour from the balcony of the Autumnus apartment. Located on the first floor, has 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms with shower, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with seating area, table, sofa, satellite TV, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Underfloor heating, a safe and free WiFi guarantee additional comfort.
Apartment HIEMS(2 - 5 pesone | 37mq)
Hiems, winter in Italian, is the name of the small and refined apartment on the first floor with balcony facing east. It has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, table, sofa, satellite TV, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Underfloor heating, a safe and free WiFi will provide additional comfort.
Activities and surrounding
Albes is one of the most beautiful villages near Bressanone and its surroundings. Along the picturesque alleys of the centre there are two small churches and pretty farms. Preserving the old, venturing into the new is what the inhabitants of Brixen and the surrounding area have always cared about. Thanks to its enviable microclimate, today Albes is one of the largest fruit producers and a paradise forapple trees.
There are a lot of attractions in Brixen,first of all the Plose, withits magnificent 360° panoramic view. In winter it turns into a ski area with fantastic slopes. The Plose and the Pfannspitze are equipped with seven modern lifts, 40kilometres of slopes and the longest downhill run in South Tyrol: the legendary Trametsch. Famous for its length is also the Rudirun which, with its 9 km, is one of thelongest toboggan runs in Europe.
In summer the Plose becomes a paradise for hikers, cyclists and all those who love mountain adventures. Mountain bikers can go to the Brixen Bikepark with its four lines. For the more sporty, you can cycle directly from the apartments to the Plose.
Holidays in the Isarco Valley can also take you to the other side of Bressanone and its surroundings. Pleasant walks such as the famousChestnut Pathor challenging tours to the top are only some of the activities to be done on the western side of Bressanone. Thanks to the central location of the farm you can reach other idyllic destinations in no time at all, such as the picturesque Funes, Alpe diVillandro or Alpe di Rodengo, Maranza or Valles with its unique alpine village.

We have spent a great week at Agriturismo Höllerhof rooms are specious, well equipped and well designed. There is a fantastic common space with a kitchen where you can spend time and cook if you travel with a bigger group.

We spent the carnival vacation with our family at the Höllerhof. It was definitely not our last vacation there. We have never had such a beautiful and tasteful vacation apartment! The hosts are also incredibly nice. We can only recommend the accommodation to everyone!

We stayed 3 nights in a super nice, well equipped and very clean apartment in the Höllerhof. The breakfast, which you can book as an option, was generous and very tasty. The breakfast basket also included products from the farm and is highly recommended.
