The agriturismo
The Nofnerhof is located in a panoramic position in Appiano, an area rich in sports and nature opportunities. It is a winery and Quarter Horse farm and offers the possibility to bring your own horse.
The farm is newly built and is Klima Haus A Nature certified, surrounded by vineyards, pinot noir and pinot bianco, with a wonderful view of the mountain world and castles.
It has 5 exclusive and spacious apartments equipped with every comfort. Possibility of charging for electric cars and to bring your pet (extra charge).
The accommodation
5 apartments are the basis for a relaxing break at the Nofnerhof, they offer all the advantages of an accommodation in the middle of nature in Eppan. Large windows bring in light from outside, a balcony and a captivating panorama draw you in from the inside out - and the generous layout with high-quality solid wood furniture makes you feel at home.
All apartments have a covered terrace or balcony, bright living area with sofa bed and smart satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, 4 induction hobs,extractor hood with plasma filter, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with freezer, refrigerated wine cellar, coffee machine. Each double room has a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, wooden floor and private bathroom with barrier-free shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, including linen and towels.
Free Wi-Fiand garage parking are available.
Activities and surrounding
From the Nofnerhof there are many paths leading to the farm, both on foot and by bike or even with your own horse. For children there are garden games and table football available.
In the immediate vicinity there is the "Ice Holes" walk, a natural spectacle, or a walk to the Calvary Church,
Eppan is very rich in castles and ancient villages and a history and culture full of tradition. Right in the vicinity of the hotel you will find Gandegg Castle, Englar Castle and Moos Castle.
Another worthwhile excursion is the castle walk which leads to Boymont, Hocheppan and Korb castles.
The South Tyrolean Grand Canyon is the "Blätterbach" gorge.
For those who like to ride bicycles,E-bikes are available (for a fee). Guests will find a connection to the extensive and well-equipped Caldaro - Appiano - Frangarto bike path network, which connects to the north to the trails in the Adige Valley and to the south to the trails in Trentino and even to Lake Garda.
Not far away are the two swimming lakes of Monticolo and Lake Caldaro, where you can rent pedal boats.
To reach the main town of Appiano, the village San Michele, it takes only about 20 minutes of walking through beautiful vineyards, or a few minutes by car.
Nearby there are also supermarkets for the daily needs.
Other interesting places are the city of Bolzano (approx. 12 km) with its beautiful old town and the Ötzi museum, the Messner Mountain Museum and Merano (approx. 30 km) with the thermal baths and gardens of Trautmannsdorf.
