All apartments come with a balcony or terrace and are equipped with TV and satellite TV as well as a brochure containing information about our farm, events, trips, museums and bad weather programmes.
This home also offers a more than 250-year-old living room, which is protected as a historical treasure, a reading room with library, two spacious sun terraces with deck chairs and sunshades, a covered arcade with barbecue and pizza oven, table tennis facilities and a fenced playground.
Apartment Morgenrot (dawn): for 2 to 4 people - 2nd floor - 28 m². It consists of a bright kitchen-cum-living-room with TV, satellite TV, sofa, one shower and toilet and one double bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and a spacious terrace facing east offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. The terrace is equipped with a corner table, sunshade and deck chairs.
Apartment San Giacomo Chapel - 2 to 5 people - 2nd floor - 32 m². It consists of a kitchen-cum-living-room with TV, satellite TV, one shower and toilet and one bedroom with 2 to 3 beds, safe and an anteroom. There is also a small terrace facing west offering a nice view of the nearby San Giacomo Chapel and Isarco Valley. The terrace is equipped with a table, deck chairs and sunshade.
