Check-in: The flats are available between 15:00 and 19:00. Please contact the administration if your time of arrival is different from the above. Check-out: On the day of departure we ask our guests to leave the flats by 10:00. Cancellation Terms:If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid in advance can be used for another booking to be agreed upon, depending on dates and availability. Any cancellation occurring within the 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit paid in advance. Payment Terms . Upon booking: a 20% advance payable by transfer/money order; at check-in: 80% balance in cash Bookings can be made by phone, FAX or E-MAIL and will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance money corresponding to 20% of the total amount, which should be paid by money order sent to the following address: Gianluca Mellini via Panciatichi 56/27 - 50127 Firenze or by bank transfer, according to the procedure which will be communicated at the moment of booking. (All commission charges will be payable by customers). The remaining balance (80%) must be paid in cash upon arrival on the site. In case of bookings made a few days before arrival, the whole amount should be paid straight away and the payment slip of the telegraphic money order or the fax transfer must be sent to us.
