The agriturismo
Deep in the Tiber Valley, just a short distance from the village of Caprese Michelangelo, known as the birthplace of Michelangelo himself, the estate is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday among peaceful nature, surrounded by woodland and lush green hills.
The seven guest apartments are located inside a cluster of historic buildings, and also enjoy access to a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.
The accommodation
The apartments enjoy private access, bathrooms, kitchens and open fireplaces. La Malva has been adapted for disabled guests.
Outside guests have access to a barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meats, as well as wide green space where their children can play, with spectacular views of the Apennines and the Singerna valley. Mountain bikes are also provided.
The farm’s own produce is available to purchase on site (vegetables, eggs and more), along with wine, chestnuts, walnuts and oil.
Activities and surrounding
There are a wealth of sporting activities available within the vicinity of the farm, from a riding centre (11 km) to tennis courts (4 km); you'll also find a play area, pathways for trekking and mountain biking and a river for fishing nearby.
Guests can also explore the medieval towns of Sansepolcro and Anghiari or the historic Verna Sanctuary, a place of pilgrimage and an important Christian site.
