The villa has been recently renovated to offer our guests a pleasant home full of comfort and well-being, without forgetting the respect for nature, applying solutions with low environmental impact. The villa has in fact a ventilated roof, solar panels that heat the water, double water system for drinking water and rainwater recovery, a photovoltaic system that produces electricity for all the needs of the house, including the air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. It is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the countryside, but also for those with cultural and tourist needs. Lucignano, which is only 2 km away. It is a splendid medieval village with a characteristic and unique oval plant, in its concentric streets every corner is worth a visit and a photo. The small museum is full of precious objects, and you can visit the splendid fourteenth-century church of S. Francesco, with frescoes by Bartolo di Fredi. It is also happily located near the main roads and railways that connect, in a short time, to the most important art cities of central Italy.
