The property is located just 2 km far from the town center and 13 minutes from Florence city ( via motorway A1 ). Thanks to its proximity of the A1 motorway exit ( which is just 3 km far), all places of interest (Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti Classico, etc.. ) are easily accessible in a few minutes by car (or even by local and direct trains). Agriturismo Bellavista is recommended to families with children, couples, groups of friends and offers everyone the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday surrounded by an enchanting landscape without compromising on comforts and convenience.

The accommodation

Agriturismo Bellavista di Firenze is a charming farmhouse surrounded by 14 hectares of olive grove in a resplendent natural setting, just 2 km from the first town centre (Incisa Valdarno) and 13 minutes driving from Florence city. Florence is easy reachable via motorway A1 ( the tollgate is located 3 km far from the property). Bellavista represents a perfect starting-off point for visiting nearby cities and villages such as : Firenze , Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, San gimignano, Lucca , Pisa an the whole magnificent Chianti area. The property is located at an altitude of 250 metres and guarantees an easy access to all amenities of the local town ( 2 kms away) : excellent restaurants and typical tuscany taverns for eating out , supermarkets, banks, cafés, pharmacy, shops and the world famous fashion outlets (the Mall, Gucci, Prada, D&G, Nike etc...). In our property guests can enjoy a striking panorama, typical of the hills of tuscany, including a view to the Arno valley and to the Appenini mountains. The complex offers its hospitality in eleven completely restored and self-cateriing apartments, sleeping from 2 up to 6 guests. All our apartments benefit from outdoor sitting-eating areas, from the large shared pool offering a panoramic view. The beautoful pool (16x8 mt) is equipped with shower, tables, deck chairs and umbrellas and It is illuminated at night which provides a wonderfully romantic setting. Guests will even benefit from wo large meeting rooms: the GAMES ROOM equipped with tennis-table; billiards, darts, chessboard,foosball, vending machines; the READING ROOM equipped with tables and sofas, showcases of typical products and various reading material, as well as a satellite TV. A laundry shared area is also available: equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine, as well as necessary for ironing. Agriturismo Bellavista is appropriate for families, couples or groups of friends. It is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the sun, while also being a convenient base for exploring the many sights of tuscany (all year around)

In addition to furnished open spaces (both shared and private) guests will benefit from: a panoramic swimming pool ( 16 x 8 meters) with suggestive night lighting and fully equipped with tables and chairs, sunbeds and deckchairs, shower and beach umbrellas; a spacious games room for adults and children organized with billiards, tennis-table, foosballl, darts and dispensers of drinks and snacks ; a spacious shared lounge with SAT TV and showcases of own and local products; a free Wi-Fi connection ; a free parking and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, drying machine, necessary to iron and to hang the wash. An extremely short distance from the first village Figline e Incisa Valdarno and half way between Florence, Arezzo, Siena the property is the ideal departure point for various routes: touristic, cultural, enogastronomical etc..
