With its wide range of facilities the company offers 4 different vacation possibilities: it is possible to lodge in either comfortable rooms or suites with private bathroom in "Podere Casabella" and "Podere Casanova", or in independent fully equipped apartments in “podere Monterifrassine”, or in an independent villa called "Casa del Mugnaio".

Podere Casabella is the main house, home of the swimming-pool and its bar (open from May til September), the reception, a play room for kids, lounges and the dining room.There are 4 double rooms, 1 junior suite, 2 suites and a deluxe suite.

Podere Casanova (250m. far from Casabella in the direction of the Farm) has 2 double rooms and a suite.Every room is provided with own bathroom with shower, fan, minibar, tv, telephone, internet Wi-fi connection free of charge, safe box and heating. 

In Podere Monterifrassine (a building 250m. far from Casabella) there are the apartments: 3 of them are for a maximum of 4 people, 1 for 6 people and 1 for 8 people. All the apartments are provided with a living room with cooking facilities, fire-place, fans, TV, telephone, Wi-fi internet connection free of charge, safe box linen and towels. On the ground floor of the house there are a common laundry and common garden with barbecue, tables and chairs.

The independent villa Casa del Mugnaio has been restored in spring 2003 but always with care and respect for the country tuscan style. The Villa, only 550m. far from the main house Casabella, is provided with a huge private garden with barbecue corner, big table, chairs, deckchairs, and private non insideparking & swimming pool. On the ground floor: 4 double rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen, private cellar, living room with big open fire, sattelite tv; telephone, Wi-FI internet connection free of charge; on the loft 1 double room with a bathroom with shower. You also find: dishwasher, washing machine, linen, dishes, pans and heating.
