Your comment gives us the opportunity to clarify some useful things for our future guests. The pool rules have not been established by us. They are official rules by the Tuscany region and they are applied to all pools . Some rules help to avoid accidents and injuries. It is forbidden to dive because the water is low and there is no lifeguard. In case of accident our insurance would not cover the damages. Some rules are helpful for good co-existence among people with different needs. It is not forbidden to play ball and there is space to do it but it is not allowed to play ball around the pool because it could disturb other people.

Our job is to take action and find solutions when problems arise. The French family who was staying in the apartment in front of yours complained twice about the noise that your children did coming back late in the night. However after my two interventions there were no more problems.

Children are welcome in our home and this week we have 5. When people rent an apartment and not a whole house they are not 100% free to do whatever they want.
