An offer (non-binding) will be sent to you following your request. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication stating the total price of the stay and after payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made in the required time, the reservation is considered void.The reservation becomes binding for AGRITURISMO VAIANINO only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit or credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal. At which point AGRITURISMO VAIANINO will undertake to send the customer a confirmation e-mail and the customer must present his/her booking summary at check-in. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in said confirmation and notify us as soon as possible of any anomalies. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the same. After this deadline we disclaim any responsibility for any inaccuracies.
PAYMENT: Terms and Conditions:
A deposit (excluding tax and optional services) is required no later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the specified dates, the reservation is void.Only in case of long stay, one week or two or three weeks, the payment of the balance (excluding sojourn tax and optional services) may be required no later than 20 days from the check-in date, depends on the rate plan and unless otherwise specified with the customer and described in the reservation; in case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be canceled. If the balance of the reservation is due upon arrival, as may be described in the reservation, the balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.The amount of the deposit is 100% of the amount of the stay up to 3 nights (the "short stay"), and for longer stays 30% of the total amount. (A "long stay" is a one-week or two-week or longer stay.) As per Civil Code Article 1385, it will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show. Any extras must be paid before leaving.Accepted methods of payment: Cash (for amounts allowed by law), Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Pay Pal
Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing or by following the instructions on our website www.agriturismovaianino.it. Please refer to your booking confirmation for cancellation conditions.
If you cancel or make changes within 21 days prior to your check-in date, your deposit will not be refunded, but we will offer you a voucher for a future stay equal to the value of the original deposit, to be used within the next year to flexibly change your stay dates. The voucher is valid for reservations up to and including December 20. For cancellations or changes after this deadline, you will NOT be offered the voucher for a future stay. In the case of reservations with payment of the balance within 20 days of the arrival date, any cancellation of the reservation that occurs on any day before the arrival date and for any reason whatsoever does not entitle you to any partial or full refund of the balance of the amount paid. If your reservation was made within 20 days prior to ckeck-in with your credit card as guarantee, if you cancel within 5 days of your arrival date, your credit card given as guarantee will be charged 50% of the total amount of your reserved stay. This cancellation policy is not valid for short stays up to 3 nights with deposit payment of 100% of the total amount, NOT REFUNDABLE. No refund is due to the guest who decides to terminate the stay already undertaken and is therefore required to pay the entire stay booked.
NO SHOW: (FAILURE TO SHOW) For any type of reservation in the event of a no-show, all amounts already paid, either by way of Deposit or Balance, will be retained or the credit card, given as guarantee, will be charged for the cost of the stay.
CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE
Agriturismo VAIANINO disclaims all liability for inefficiencies due to failure of supplies, accidental failure of equipment or other causes of force majeure. It declines all responsibility for damages caused by other guests, wild animals, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
