The agriturismo

Welcome to Alissa's and Luciano's lovely restored country house located in the heart of Maremma, in the province of Grosseto in Tuscany. Five spacious double rooms, a room for reading and conversation, a dining room, all equipped with antique furniture, and the specialties of our restaurant invite you to stay with us for a while. Relax while sunbathing on the terrace or take a refreshing swim in the pool or enjoy our outdoor whirlpool. Be in line with nature and feel your soul be reawaken.

We offer you genuine food, authentic hospitality and a direct contact between man and man and between man and nature.

The accommodation

Casa Montecucco has two levels. In the ground floor you will find a large living room with TV and VCR, the dining room and the kitchen where Alissa and Luciano prepare their traditional Tuscan recipes. If requested our guests may dine all together in a wide circle to get to know each other and to find exactly that kind of "contact" which our house seeks to promote. During the hot season you may taste our delicious food on the terrace embedded in the wild Tuscan countryside.

A staircase outside leads to the upper floor where you find a cozy living room with a well-resourced library and a fireplace for cold winter nights that invites you to stay as well as five double rooms in which our guests rediscover the atmosphere of tranquility and wellness that they desired for their stay.

The comfortable rooms, named after five contemporary painters (Cacciarini, Faraoni, Chianese, Ciarocchi, Manfredi), are all equipped with private bathroom (toilet, shower, bidet, hairdryer, bathrobe and tissues), air condition, wireless Internet, telephone , TV, CD player, kettle and table. Each room is being cleaned every day and every third day the linen is changed. Hygiene, in fact, is absolutely basic.

For guests who want to have breakfast while lying comfortably in their beds in order to savor completely their intimate moments, we serve a rich breakfast in the room.
