Hospitality is offered in a fully renovated stone house equipped with every comfort and refined furniture. It is surrounded by a 25-hectare organic farm, crossed by the Albegna river and the ancient Roman road “Via Clodia”. The house rises on a very quiet rural area. Still, it is located right outside the ancient walls of the well-served town of Saturnia, which can also be reached on foot, covering a 600 mt path through the village.
Located on a hillside, the house is presented with a nice and articulated structure, surrounded by a lush garden and a scenic terrace.

Coming from the upper parking lot and climbing down a Roman flight of steps there is a small porch, which opens onto the main entrance door. The farm houses a barbecue area equipped with a worktop, a sink and a rustic table with benches, together with a vegetable garden and laundry room with all facilities.
On the other side of the house there is another furnished porch which, thanks to a sliding glass door, in the cooler months is a comfortable living room overlooking the beautiful valley.

The farmhouse 3 three double rooms and a suite with loft, kitchen and living room. All the rooms have private bathrooms.

The interiors are spacious, with exposed beams and a refined and charming atmosphere typical of the countryside: meeting places, fireplaces, room for breakfast and lunch. The unusually shaped pool which overlooks a magnificent landscape, the barbecue, the vegetable garden and the ample outdoor equipped areas make this property accessible all year round.

Chickens and poultry raised on land by local farmers are sold. Furthermore, our guests can also enjoy our home-made selection of wine, olive oil and a wide range of fresh crops.
