Il Maestrale

The owners live in the family hamlet (Il Maestrale), on the first floor, while on the west side, on the ground floor, there are 2 apartments: La Mimosa and La Giara. These, attractively furnished, with direct access from the garden, outdoor area for outdoor dining, welcome guests in a bright dining room furnished with antiques or period pieces of furniture. The kitchenette, made of marble and chestnut, has stove, oven, two-door refrigerator and TV. In the apartments, there are, respectively, one or two bedrooms and a nicely decorated bathroom with shower.

The second residential complex (Il Nuovo Casale), in typical Tuscan style, was built according to saving energy laws (thermo-acoustic insulation, reducing flow and flow sensors for automatic shutdown of the heat pump and heated pieces, automated electrical power down, exterior lighting with dusk sensor and off-time.
The building is composed by 4 apartments, three of them on the ground floor (Le Rose, Gli olivi and Le Spighe and one on the first floor (I fiori). The first three have a lovely and independent porch with iron furniture for outside dinners. The Flowers, instead, has a porch, covered and panoramic, with views both  of the hills and the sea. The care of the furniture tries to recreate an ancient rural atmosphere.

The furniture in a typical Tuscan style, change depending on the housing in combination with curtains of different tones.  Each accommodation comprises dining room (with kitchenette decorated with handmade ceramic tiles and antique grit washbasin), bedroom (iron bed, bedside tables, desk and wardrobe) and bathroom with shower and window. All of them are equipped with satellite TV, inverter for hot / cold, two-door refrigerator and stove.
 
The structure is completed by one indipendent house Il Boschetto with a triple bedroom,bathroom, kitcken and  a panoramic porch and in the same style as the New Casale, and 1 outbuilding with  storage / sale of farm products and garage for service equipment (beds, chairs, bicycles, ping-pong), the washing machine rooms (you can hang out the laundry in designated areas) and the covered parking with photovoltaic panels.
