Il Querciolo di Grosseto

The agritourism, Il Querciolo, was created as part of the Loreno Tamantini farm company, surrounded by fruit trees and fields cultivated with vegetables. The building itself, located in the center of the company, offers 4 apartments to its guests. Three have independent entrances (Sun, Moon, and Star) and one independent apartment (Saturn), located in the manor house, is ideal for groups and large families. Carefully furnished, they are perfect for both summer and winter stays. Each apartment has a kitchen with living room, one or more baths and various types of rooms to meet the diverse needs of the guests. The apartments are all equipped with air conditioning, pellet stoves, containers for separated rubbish collection, satellite TV, autonomous laundry and a parking space. Outside of each lodging there is a spacious veranda where guests can eat outdoors and a private courtyard that can also be used to host your four-footed friends who are welcome at the agritourism. Each apartment's veranda and terrace is situated facing the direction of the sunset, offering a suggestive visual of the Maremma panorama.

The Moon apartment (65 m2) is located on the ground floor and has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV, a master bedroom, one single bedroom (three-quarter bed), a bath with shower, a veranda with table and a private courtyard where guests can lounge in the sun.
The Sun apartment (65 m2) is located on the ground floor and has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV, a master bedroom + single sofa bed, 1 single bedroom (three-quarter bed), bath with shower, veranda with table and private courtyard.
The Star apartment (85 m2) is located on the upper floor and has a veranda with table leading into the apartment, a large equipped kitchen with living area, 1 double bedroom + single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bath, a bath with shower, a terrace where you can relax in complete privacy and a washing machine.
The Saturn apartment (150 m2) is located in the manor house complex on the upper floor. It is reached via a private courtyard and has a spacious kitchen with terrace, a living area with a large sun-filled terrace, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace, 1 bath with shower and tub, 1 bath and a veranda with table.

Il Querciolo offers many areas where you can abandon yourself to complete relaxation, like the Querce forest, the large lawns and the beautiful pool with hydromassage corner for both children and adults, which faces the cherry, plum, peach and apricot orchard and the olive grove. Guests can also use the barbecue area. For the very young there is a tree-lined playground.

The company's products are available to guests who can use them for cooking. Also, a day is organized where they can taste various traditional dishes of the Maremma carefully prepared with local products and products from the company.
