The Peretti farm started out in the 16th century, the property of Bartolomeo Peretti (died 1544 ). He was renowned for his heroic achievements against the infamous pirate Barbarossa (Redbeard), finally becoming Admiral of the Ponteficial State. Consisting of 35 hectares made up of woods, olivegroves, wheat fields, sunflowers, grazing land and the cultivation of various vegetables. The grazing land is for Maremma horses, resistant and docile, which are used to go trekking around the surrounding countryside.

The accommodation consists of 5 apartments or 5 rooms. There are 3 double rooms and 2 triple rooms all with private entrances and including breakfast. A choice of 5 apartments: apartment of 70 mq for 4-6 persons made up of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. Apartment of 50 mq for 4-5 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Apartment of 45 mq for 3-4 persons with large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and two apartments of 35 mq for 2-4 persons with large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Guests can try out the naturally grown local products such as wine, olive oil, seasonal fruit, cheese, honey. The farmhouse is surrounded by 1000 meters of lawns shaded by pine trees and cypresses
