Susanna and Vanni will welcome you in this farm house that since the Eighteen Hundreds dominates the enchanting and uncontaminated maremma country side, rich of smells and color, while a light breeze brings the smell of the ocean which is only 5 kilometers away, where a dense pine tree forest accompanies the coast line. Podere Cernaia offers its guests large spaces, a game park, gardens, barbecue, tables and chairs to dine outdoor, lounges and umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing vacation in harmony with the surrounding nature. A parking is located in front of the farm house, a simple place where guests will be able to see farm animals, which live on the property. La Rimessa and la Carraia are two identical 60 sqm. apartments, furnished with solid wood furniture and cotto tile floors, with independent heating system. The entrance is in the living room opening to a fully equipped kitchen, and completed with dining table, sofa bed, and television. From the living room you can access the upstairs loft a 20 sqm. an intimate and comfortable room, with a closet and a sofa bed allowing guests to relax or nap.
