Typical farm house in the Tuscan Maremma, situated along ancient via Aurelia, surrounded by a vast garden with swimming pool, offers accommodation in eight flats, two of which disabled-friendly. Just five minutes away from the sea, where the Etruscans carried out their trade, settled, and built in Baratti the only Etruscan necropolis situated on the coast.

The agritourism was set up in 1997. The farm house, fully refurbished, dates back to 1860 and is part of the Lecceto farm, with an area of about 46 hectares where corn, tomatoes and oil are produced, and are all at guest’s disposal.
The house is divided into eight roomy flats, each accommodating 2/4 or 4/6 guests. The flats are soberly and essentially furnished but fitted with all what is necessary for a comfortable holiday.
Each flat features independent heating, and the vicinity of the spas makes wonderful stays even in autumn or winter.
The house is surrounded by an extremely vast garden featuring a swimming pool, gazebos, barbecue and an old farmyard, where corn was “threshed” equipped with tables and chairs, very pleasant for summer dinners.
Next to the reception there is a large common lounge with table tennis.
A laundry and airing-cupboard are at all guest’s disposal.
