The agriturismo

Our farmhouse is an ancient farm dating back to the early 1900s. We will host you inside the ancient houses where the farmers who worked for the company lived. We have 2 farms: Bellavista farm and Vallescaia farm about 800 meters away from each other. Both are surrounded by 20 hectares of land cultivated with cereals and fodder and olive trees. The sea and beaches of the Etruscan Coast are only 2 km away.

The accommodation

The Bella Valle farmhouse has 6 apartments characterized by large rooms and large volumes. Vallescaia farm with 4 apartments and Bellavista farm with 2 apartments.

The apartments have a kitchen equipped with sink, 4-burner gas stove and fridge with freezer. The living area with sofa. The rooms are equipped with both wardrobes and chests of drawers. The apartments have been renovated maintaining traces of the past such as exposed beams and bricks, vaults and arches. The furnishings are original and differentiated, where possible period furniture has been used.

You will have at your disposal a common area with ping-pong and table football and a room equipped with tables and chairs for smart working or studying. Outside you will find large gardens with tables, chairs, barbecues and sunbeds for your relaxation. The gardens border our fields. You can enjoy the shade of thick plants and walk through the fields.

You can rent bicycles directly on site to go for walks in the nearby centuries-old pine forest or to move along the many cycle paths or get directly to the beach.

Activities and surrounding

Our area is very rich in activities that can be carried out, both sporting and leisure. Sports related to the sea, but also land sports. Many places to choose from where you can taste characteristic dishes and cellars where you can taste Tuscan wines. Bolgheri is only 20 km away. Museums and delightful villages on the hills in the hinterland perfect for a small trip or the famous art cities of Tuscany less than 1 hour and a half away by car: Florence, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, Livorno, San Gimignano, Siena.

It will be a pleasure to give you suggestions and indications depending on your preferences or passions.

In particular, during the summer season the area is dotted with events and festivals, with live theater and concert performances.
