La Ranocchiaia

The Farm is run by the owner who personally welcomes the guests and attends to their accommodation. It has seven flats, one of which is intended for the disabled. Villa S.Emma (2 apartments, 500 mt. from the pool): The first floor flat of 180 square metres can accommodate 8 guests; The ground floor flat is 180 sq. m. and can accommodate 5 guests Casa Fattore (an independent house of 100 sq.m. 200 mt from the pool; 6 beds); Terre di Napoli (4 apartments close to the pool) Santo Spirito 1, it is an 100 sq. m. flat and can accommodate 6 guests; Santo Spirito 2, the flat is 100 sq. m. and can accommodate 4 guests; Santo Spirito 3, it is an 115 sq. m. flat and can accommodate 4+2 guests; Santo Spirito 4, the flat is 95 sq. m. and can accommodate 5 guests.

It offers spacious, completely restructured flats, which are tastefully and traditionally furnished, thus offering maximum comfort in the Tuscan country side. There are large green areas with lighting, and are furnished with tables, chairs and large umbrellas. Children will find games at their disposal, thus offering a holiday in direct contact with nature, for this reason pets are also welcome. If requested, visits to the Farm with its agricultural activities, Farm equipment and Farm animals can be arranged; recreational activities can also be organized.

There is a spacious swimming pool (9 x 18 square metres) near a country house called “Terre di Napoli” for the use of all our guests, it is a relaxing way to cool off in the summer season. Close by our guests will find an hobby area in an old and traditional stone rustic building with two comfortable living rooms exclusively available to those staying on the Farm. The building is equipped with dressing rooms, showers and a bathroom.
