The organic farmhouse is two kms away from the sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast. It’s located on the hills behind San Vincenzo's village with a wonderful view of the olive-groves, cultivated fields and the Tyrrhenian coast. It’s surrounded by the silence of Tuscany's countryside.

The farmhouse is made of three buildings, obtained from an old private house and farm building, with green lawns surrounding the apartments, two swimming pools and a playground for children.
The farm is 22 acres wide, the houses take up an acre of the whole property and therefore allows children a lot of space to play, and adults to rest and relax.

Most of the apartments are located in the main building as well as the reception, the relaxing area, the gym room and the small spa.
In the main hall we serve our breakfasts and organize our product tasting and the best products of the area.

All the apartments were completely renovated and are characterized by the colours of the surrounding nature: blue, azure, orange, yellow, ochre, pink. The rooms are simple but warm and homely thanks to the materials used: wood, stone and marble. They have their own porch with table and chairs.
Double room: a sitting room which includes a single sofa bed, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Two room apartment: a sitting room which includes a sofa bed, a cooking area, a double bedroom room, bath with shower.
Three room apartment: a sitting room with sofa bed and a cooking area, a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
All of the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, blankets and quilts, individual heating, Internet connection, TV, intercome and phone, microwaves, hairdresser. There is a laundry room at disposal of our guests.

Breakfast is made of our organic products and of the best products of the area: cold meats and salami, home made marmalades from our fruit, butter, fresh bread and focaccia, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juices, cakes, bacon and eggs.
