Dear Mary, we can certainly do a good job ONLY with the collaboration of the most precious resource, our guests. It is no coincidence that we always try to meet their requests, as we have done in this case by purchasing an additional umbrella on your request (which apparently is appreciated given the extensive use of the pool that has then occurred). And so we could have done, as already happened in the past, even with a microwave oven if only we had been reported its need.

Be that as it may, it is important for us to emphasize this fact, that nothing we can do when confronted by silence. It may seem trivial, but just as we depend on the good will of our guests to control their dogs (we don't have any dogs!!), we depend on the good will of OTHER guests to report a problem in this regard. We believe in the same way that the presence of any ants, which we have NOT VERIFIED in the indicated pergola, should have been reported. We only reiterate that in the absence of a collaborative attitude it is impossible for us to keep a garden of this extension in order without additional costs of surveillance and maintenance certainly not appreciated by you as by other customers.

We therefore apologise for any defiances and limitations found, but we must reject the substance of the criticism. As far as we are concerned, we remain determined to share the beauty of a park built with years of work and effort at MODICAL PRICES and in ALL HYGIENIC SAFETY. We will treasure the observations made to adapt our service, but this will not change the non-exclusive and non-speculative profile of our corporate mission, which remains that of opening this space to people from the most varied backgrounds. We ask only a minimum of understanding in a year where we had to deal with the problems of methodical and extensive sanitization of housing and common spaces, a complex and costly process that may have diverted attention from some minor details. It certainly remains that without your help we cannot, and will not, succeed.
