The agriturismo

A grand, exposed stone noble villa on a hill, surrounded by woodland, olive trees and vines, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside stretching right to the sea, accessible via a short section of unsurfaced road, in the shade of towering oak trees, with typical Chianina cattle roaming free range in the distance.

Giulia, Tiziana and the entire agriturismo team are available to help you discover all that this wonderful region has to offer, as you explore the thriving nature of the Tuscan Maremma and the Cornia Valley, with its parks and archaeological sites.

The accommodation

The owners renovated the villa and the accommodation to ensure optimum guest comfort, but at the same time preserving the building's history. The rooms are extremely spacious, with high ceilings, Tuscan terracotta flooring and open fires or hearths, for a romantic ambience. The guest rooms are doubles with private bathrooms, traditional terracotta paving and vaulted ceilings.

The apartments each comprise 1 or 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom and a large lounge-kitchen.

The outside space is furnished with tables and chairs, and barbecues for outdoor dining on summer evenings, and the setting is truly idyllic, with towering trees, starry skies and relaxing corners.

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo is located in the commune of Piombino, ideally located for easy access to the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast and the Follonica Gulf. Guests can explore famous Wine Routes, relax in the warm waters of the nearby Etruscan Spa Centre, and take part in the rural festivals and celebrations, which take place all year round in the historic centres of Campiglia, Suvereto, Bolgheri and Castagneto.

Farm is slightly elevated about 11 km from the beach. The last 2.2 km you drive on dirt roads.

Amazing
