Heating is not included but quantified at the end of the stay /from the 1st of october to the 1st of may).
Breakfast costs from minimum 5,50 Euro to maximum 8,50 Euro.
An exra bed costs 12 Euro.
Children under 3 years old don't pay for their stay. From 3 to 8 years the pay half price and from 8 years on the pay full price.
We apply a discount of 10% for organised groups.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from 60 days to 40 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night.
Cancellations from 39 days to 26 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night.
Cancellations from 25 to 16 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night.
Cancellations from 15 days prior the arrival day to the arrival day we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price with a minimum of 1 night.
In case of guests cutting short their stay with us after their arrival, penalty of 80% of the total cancelled with a minimum of 1 night.
