Payment Policy
Your phone number, credit card details, number, validity and owner are required to confirm your reservation. Agriturismo Cima alla Serra reserves the right to validate your card at any time during the reservation process and will charge the amount for the guarantee under the cancellation policy.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining amount will be paid 15 days before the arrival date.
A deposit of €200, cash, will be required upon arrival for stays longer than 5 nights.
The apartment will be valued at the end of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty if cancellation occurs 15 days before arrival, for weekly stays and for stays of 5 or 4 nights
. 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations occurring between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations occurring 7 days prior to arrival.
No penalty if cancellation occurs 72 hours prior to 3:00 p.m. of arrival date, for stays of 1 to 3 nights.A one-night fee will be charged for any cancellations that occur between 72 hours and 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date, for stays of 1 to 3 nights.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged for No Show.
