The price includes: use of the water massage, table tennis, table football, barbecue, pizza ofen, parking, use of the mountain bikes, stables, swimming pool, 1 bottle of the farm's extra vergin olive oil and wine, taxes. Extra: Heating (EUR 10/day for each apt.), final cleaning (EUR 25). Booking: In order to book definitely is required a 30% down payment. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 3 months before the arrival date, half of the down payment will be paid back. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard Note: Pool opened from 12.05.-6.10. Small pets allowed. Special offers for couples and stays in low season. 10% discount on the second week of stay in low and mid season! Possibility to purchase on the spot our traditionally pressed olive oil.
