Agriturismo San Tommaso consists of 2 separate villas with complete and independent apartments on the sunny side of a hill 200 m above sea level.

The absolute protagonist is the view over an endless valley: the typical Tuscan countryside with cultivated hills , olive groves and vineyards gives the opportunity to feel immersed in a dimension of pure relaxation to enjoy the dolce vita together with friends and family.

The property, equipped with a splendid swimming pool, is strategically located: Pomarance and Volterra are just a few kilometers away. Moreover, it is the ideal starting point to reach the most important Tuscan cities of art such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, but also Massa Marittima, San Gimignano, the most important wine cellars of Tuscany and many small medieval villages.

The San Tommaso farmhouse consists of Villa San Tommaso and Villa Al Sole, Casa Il Noce and the studio apartment L'OMO all with private gardens, recently renovated and accessorized to guarantee its guests the best ofhospitality in exquisitely Tuscan style . All around an immense evergreen garden with terraces, tables and braziers for dining under the stars.

All apartments are independent with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, barbecue andoutside a covered area with table.

VILLA SAN TOMMASO

The property consists of 3 ground-floor apartments and a studio apartment, Il Cipresso, Il Leccio, Il Pino and La Vite, the latter with a large room for dining together. The villa can accommodate up to 13 people ( 4 added). There are 7 bedrooms (4 doubles and 3 rooms that can be used as triples, twins or doubles if needed), 4 bathrooms (each with shower, bidet, toilet, sink). The three apartments and the room all have a separate entrance to the garden where everyone can find their own privacy.

The apartment Il LECCIO about 78 square meters, on the ground floor with living room kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, sofa and extendable table, two double rooms, a small room with bunk beds, a bathroom with full shower.

Apartment Il CIPRESSO about 70 sq m, on the ground floor with living room kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom with shower.

Studio apartment The PINE about 28 sq m, on the ground floor with kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom with shower.

The VINE with a double bedroom, a small room with 2 single beds, a full bathroom, a 50 sq m living room with a large full kitchen, bar counter, table, sofa and armchairs. In front a large garden terrace with brazier and pergola with table.

VILLA IN THE SUN

The House consists of 2 apartments Il Mandorlo and Il FICO, and can accommodate up to 18 people. There are 7 bedrooms (4 doubles and 3 rooms that can be used as quad, triple, twin or double if needed), 4 bathrooms (each with shower, bidet, toilet, sink). The 2 lodgings are on the ground floor each with independent entrance and each has its own equipped kitchen, In front a large loggia with table for up to 20 people, an equipped terrace and 2 barbecues.

The apartment IL MANDORLO of about 100 square meters, on the ground floor with living room kitchen with sofa and extendable table, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a loft with 4 single beds.

The apartment IL FICO of about 120 square meters, on the ground floor with living room kitchen with sofa and extendable table, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and two lofts, one with double bed and one with 2 beds, if necessary it is possible to add 2 more single beds.

CASA IL NOCE of about 120 square meters on the ground floor, with small fenced garden in front, covered pergola, table and brick barbecue. Internally dining area with kitchen with extendable table, wood-burning fireplace and sofa, a living room with a panoramic window that can be used as a bedroom with a single bed and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and two bathrooms.

Studio apartment L'OLMO of 36 square meters with a separate entrance in the garden near the pool. It has a private space with table, deck chairs and a beautiful view. Inside is a comfortable double bed, a full kitchen and table. It can accommodate up to 3 people with an extra bed.

The farmhouse is an ideal location for families and groups to appreciate privacy and tranquility without having to give up the amenities located in the immediate vicinity. It is in fact located 2 km from the village of Pomarance with stores, restaurants and cafes.

The property is part of a farm with an organic vocation that produces extra virgin olive oil and quality wine to be tasted directly in the villa on request. Also on request we can organize breakfasts, lunches, dinners or tastings of local products.

The park surrounding the farmhouse covers about 11000 square meters on a hilly area with cultivated fields, a large olive grove and a small vineyard. The property on two terraces has 2 Villas separated by a fence but which can be occupied by the same group of people in the case of larger groups.

The beautiful 16 x 8 m fenced swimming pool has a paved beach for swimming and a waterfall to hear the sound of the water. In the access part it has a depth of about 70 cm for at least 4 m where children can easily bathe and afterwards it gradually increases to 1.50 m. All around is theprivate sunbathing area for each apartment or villa on a large lawn area where gazebos, umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds are arranged. It will remain available from the first Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The farmhouse can be reached by car to the apartments and also has private parking for larger vehicles.

The farmhouse is only 30 km from the sea, in a central location from the most important art cities such as Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca.

In about 20 minutes you can reach Volterra and in 40 minutes Massa Marittima, San Gimignano and the most important wine cellars of Tuscany.

Ideal for lovers of trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding.

In only 30 minutes you can reach the coast and the sea, or do sports along the beach in the natural park.

A few kilometers away is the Cecina River with wonderful stretches of water to swim in. You can visit the small medieval villages nearby, theancient monastery of Rocca di Sillano, and the Museum of Geothermal Energy in Larderello .

Guests of the property have access to the municipal riding school with a riding school and can participate in guided horseback riding excursions.

Mountain-bike rental for excursions is provided.
