The farm is immersed in the green of the Pisan hills, 200 metres above the sea level, in an open countryside covered by woods, fields, vineyards, olive groves. You could spot roe- deers, bucks, hawks and buzzards just taking a walk in the holding.
We stand in the so called “wine road”: You could indeed taste an excellent wine and a first-rate oil produced directly in the ancient family cellar in the centre of the village of Ghizzano, next to the XVth century villa and to the Italian garden built in the first years of XXth century.
Volterra and San Gimignano are only 30 km away, Pisa, Livorno and Firenze 45 km, Lucca 55 km and Siena 70 km.

Each farmhouse has its own swimming-pool, and has been divided into two large and comfortable apartments. The view could reach the sea.
The gardens around the apartments cover a surface of 1000 sm, and you can find in them fruit-trees and aromatic plants. The gardens are equipped with barbecue, tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
There are:
2 apartments of 80 sm for 4 people, with 2 double rooms,1 living room with a fireplace, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom.
1 apartment of 120 sm for 6 people, with 3 double rooms, 1 living room with a fireplace, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
1 apartment f 200 sm for 10 people, with 5 double rooms, 1 very large living room with a fireplace, 1 large kitchen with dining area, 4 bathrooms.
1 house of 180 sm, for 8 people, with 4 double rooms, 1 large kitchen, 1 large living room, 3 bathrooms.
The kitchens are well-equipped with oven, 4 or 5 cookers, dishwasher and little electric and manual appliances. The bathrooms are equipped with shower box, bidet and washbasin.
The living rooms are large and comfortable with sofas and armchairs. They all have a fireplace.
The furniture is original vintage and belonging to the classic or rustic style.
The floors are in terracotta-tiles and the ceilings are made with typical Tuscan bricks and wooden joists.
All the houses are equipped with a heating-system.
