The farmhouse, run by the Cappelli family, offers its guests a comfortable structure situated at only one km from the historical town of Pienza which can be reached on foot through a country road lined by a century years-old cypresses. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view on the Val d’Orcia.

There are three apartments: Il Leccio, composed by two double rooms, a shower room and a big kitchen; Il Pioppo, composed by a double room, a shower room and a kitchen; Il Mandorlo, composed by two double rooms, two shower rooms and a big kitchen.
The swimming pool is a few metres from the apartments.
