Price doesn't include: heating is available in each apartment, however, there is an additional cost of Euro 03,50 to the meter cube. There is an additional cost of Euro 10,00 each day for air conditioned. There is also an additional cost of Euro 10,00 per person for final cleanings added to the weekly rate. Reservations: At the beginning of your stay a caution money of Euro 200,00 is required; it will be given back when the departing day.Reservations: After arranging reservations with the owner, a bank deposit of 25% of weekly rate is required. The bank deposit must be confirmed 60 days before the beginning of your stay. Reservations for less than one week will be made with the owners and pricing will be determined by availability.
