Notes

Weekly stays: breakfast costs Euro 35,00 per person per week.

The typical Italian breakfast ( only sweet )  is served from 08:30 to 09:30 a.m.

(From June 19^th to September 11^th and from December 18^th to January 09^th breakfast is not available).

Please find herewith the prices of the apartment with two bedrooms:                                          

>> 2 adult and 1 child from o to 2 years = Euro 550,00 a week; crib Euro 5,00 a day, on request.   

>> 2 adult and 1 child from 2 years on = Euro 670,00 a week.                                                  

>>2 adult and 2 children (any age) = Euro 800,00 a week, crib free, on request.                            

In July and August the apartment with two bedrooms, even if occupied by less than four people costs Euro 800.00

The weeks August 07^th-14^th and August 14^th-21^st must be combined to the previous or the following week (min. stay two weeks).

- Season: from May to September, min. stay is one week; rent is from Saturday to Saturday. If you want to spend only a few days by us, please contact us, if possible we will be pleased to satisfy your requests.                                                                                       

- Included: water, electricity, gas, bed- and bathroom-linen (weekly change) are included.              

- Not included: kitchen linen are not included.                                                                            

- Heating: from October 15^th to April 15^th , heating is included 8 hours a day, surplus and the use of heating in the period not indicated above will be calculated on consumption.                                  

- Check-in time: from 02:00 p.m.; check out time: not later than 10:00 a.m. In case of early or late arrival (after 07:00 p.m.) you are kindly requested to contact us.                                                  

- Outdoor Swimming pool: opening from May 01^st to September 30^th (opening period can change because of weather conditions). The pool is 12x6 meters and 1.40 meter deep. Its use is reserved exclusively for guests. 

- Little pool whit hydromassage :forbidden to use children

- Booking and payment for your stay: booking is confirmed through payment of a deposit, payable by bank transfer or PayPal, and in case of no show, deposit will be not given back. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival.                                                                                                

 - Cancellation fees: in case of late arrival or early departure, the whole amount of the booking is due.                                                                                                                                             

- Pets: Small pets are allowed, any damage caused by them is to be charged to the owners.           

 - We do not accept neither cashpoint card nor credit cards.
