Podere Pietreta

There are 3 inviting apartments that are available for guests - of varying sizes - and a beautiful independent house - also in stone - newly restored; there is a warm and refined atmosphere, the residences are elegantly furnished with furniture from the era.

The apartments are furnished exclusively with period furniture, all equipped with fireplace and independent heating, sky TV, dish washer, oven, independent entrance and a private fully equipped external space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The atmosphere is pleasant, charaterized by good taste and intimacy.
An hectar wide park surrounds the estate, including a panoramic swimming pool (6x12 mt), a barbecue, a parking space and a lovely view.

A park of three hectares surrounds Podere Pietreta. Under the shade of large oaks, there is a panoramic swimming pool with a Roman staircase (6x12m); from the well-placed benches in the large garden, you can admire the magnificent panorama that characterises Podere Pietreta. The ample parking is located in a position that does not disturb the view.

The park also includes an olive grove of more than 100 olive trees, an orchard and a rose garden; there are no enclosures, but wide spaces and natural terraces, surrounded by lavender, rosemary and flowering plants.

The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a vast English garden and is elegantly equipped with a pergola of cast iron, sun beds and deckchairs; a characteristic shower is built into the stone.

The apartments are all on the ground level and have a private entrance; for each of these, there is a private space with a large umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue. Each apartment is located on one of the three sides of the farmhouse, ensuring that guests have complete privacy.  

The stone house - connected to the farmhouse - also enjoys a stunning view of the valley, and has two private entrances and is surrounded by a large private garden with a furnished gazebo, relaxation area, terrace and barbecue.

Apartment Olivo (5+2 bed places) composed by a lounge with fireplace, a dining-room with cooking corner, a bedroom with double beds, a bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms with shower. 

Apartment Pozzo (4 bed places) composed by a lounge/dining room with fireplace and cooking corner, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds, two bathrooms with shower.

Apartment Arco (2+2 bed places) composed by a lounge/dining room with fireplace and cooking corner, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Quercia (4 bed places) independent house, connected to the farmhouse, made up of a large  living / dining area with double bed and fireplace, a double bedroom, a kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower.

Apartment Rosmarino (Sleeps 3+2 ): made up of a living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, kitchenette, a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed, or three single beds), two bathrooms with shower.

Geranio and Lavanda: Double bedrooms with private entrance, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, mini-fridge, private outdoor area with table, chairs and deckchairs.
