18th Century farmhouse at the foot of Monte Serano, a heaven of peace, close to the most beautiful umbrian towns such as Spoleto and Trevi, which offers rooms and a good restaurant.

The farmhouse offers four recently renovated comfortable rooms, as well as two apartments currently restructured (very shortly available).
All the rooms are double with private facilities with shower and completely independent heating. Inside each room guests will find a temperature regulator that they can set at the temperature they prefer.
The two apartments are composed of a double room, a bathroom with shower, a little living room with a fire-place, a kitchen and a double sofa-bed. Heating is completely independent with temperature regulator. The simple reproduction furnishing and the splendid views contribute to create a warm, familiar and relaxing atmosphere. In addition you can choose from three different types of service: B&B (breakfast with home made cakes, tarts and biscuits); Half board or Full board.
