The holiday farmhouse is located four kilometres from Città della Pieve, the birthplace of il Perugino, Raffaello’s teacher.
The estate is about twenty hectares, in a protected area. Tenuta il Casone is composed of eleven hectares of sumptuous woods and nine hectares of arable land - targeting organic crops - and it is surrounded by small waterways. Privileged position, with a view to 360 degrees on the surrounding landscape, the long and elegant access’ avenue, the presence of secular oaks and the silence, broken only by small wildlife that lives in the woods, are the characteristics of the estate.

The holiday farmhouse consists of a Ancient Building (dating back to 1700), made of stone and brick, with a large patio; inside, old wooden beams visible and large fireplaces.
In the park, available for Guests, there are the swimming pool with heated water, children’s playground and the relaxation zones, for those who just want to enjoy Nature; in the woods there are different paths.
The building is developed on two independent levels: the first is private, reserved for owners; the second consisting of a living area with fireplace and five broad bedrooms (one room is made up of two separate sleeping areas), each with a private bathroom, for the Guests.
To supplement the areas reserved for Guests, there is a small house made of brick, outbuilding constructed, made from a small stall and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
