The agriturismo lies on a hill of 680 m with cultivated fields, woods and nature trails. It is a skilfully renovated old rustic residence, in the middle of a 150 hectare organic farm, in the foothills of the Umbrian Apennines, in the heart of Torre dell’Olmo, just a few miles from Gubbio.

The agriturismo consists of 4 farmhouses, about one kilometre apart from each other, and each building has rooms and apartments.
Villa Dama is the central building on the agriturismo complex, consisting of 2 apartments on the upper floor and 4 rooms just a short distance from the pool. Guests gather for breakfast and dinner in the spacious dining room on the ground floor and on the panoramic terrace in summer, where typical local dishes are offered.
- Platano Apartment: consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and a bathroom.
- Abete Apartment: consisting of one triple bedroom, one double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and a bathroom.
- Casetta, consisting of 4 rooms: The Faggio room has a double bed and bathroom, while the Ginepro, Pino and Noce rooms are triple bedrooms with bathroom.
The other farmhouses, surrounded by orchards and woods on the “Fattoriala Torre” farm, are renovated in stone and offer guests a completely relaxing stay: the rooms are welcoming and bright, simply furnished in a rustic style with a wrought iron bed and exposed wood beams on the ceiling. All the houses are situated in a panoramic position and have furnished, lit outdoor areas and private parking.
The swimming pools made of stone, one at Villa Dama and another at the farmhouse, are available to guests at the agriturismo.
